Shipping policy

How will my order be shipped?

All products are shipped with our selected partner DHL.

What are the shipping costs?

If we ship within Germany, you do not pay any additional shipping costs. Shipping within the European Union is based on the weight of the package:

Bubble envelopes up to 0.3kg: € 2.50

Parcel up to 2kg: € 14,49 

Parcel up to 5kg: € 16,49

*European Union - Zone 1

How long are the delivery times?

Deliveries within Germany normally take 1-2 working days. If we ship to an EU country, the standard delivery time is 3-7 working days. The delivery times depend on which country you are shipping to. The delivery times can also be viewed at our shipping partner DHL.

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the package. You must pay the shipping costs yourself.

Note:

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transportation damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

Excluded from this are custom-made products (cup raiser with personalization).

Can I track my order?

Of course! You will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number. As soon as your parcel arrives at our DHL partner, you will immediately receive an e-mail with all the relevant information.
